Send a deletion request
Email the address below from your registered account email with the subject “Dervish account deletion request”. Include your username. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app. The button opens an email draft; your request reaches our team when you send that email.

The request covers your account, profile information, private drafts, notes, bookmarks, submitted book titles and cover images, and writing associated with your account. Our team will verify ownership and confirm the scope and completion, including removal of published content. Backup copies may remain for up to six months. If any records must be retained for legal or security reasons, our response will explain the reason and retention period.
If you cannot access your email
Contact the same support address and explain the situation. We cannot delete an account without verifying ownership. Do not send your password, verification code or API key.
